We are currently looking for a Digital Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join a Digital Team that develops large-scale SaaS solutions and digital platforms.

🚀 What kind of experience are we looking for?
We seek TPMs with a strategic vision and strong technical leadership, with hands-on expertise in the full software development lifecycle within real-world digital environments. We are particularly interested in profiles with experience in:

• Web application development projects, content portals, or internal platforms
• CMS and structured content management
• SEO/SEM, digital traffic, performance, and web analytics
• Complex API integrations and cloud services
• B2B/B2C product management, e-commerce, or scalable digital services

🧩 Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading end-to-end technical projects, ensuring high-quality and timely deliveries through cross-functional collaboration

• Translating business requirements into executable technical solutions

• Participating in technical decision-making: architecture, integrations, tools

• Defining key metrics, managing risks, and maintaining alignment with stakeholders

• Promoting best practices in agile project management: Scrum, Kanban

🎯 Must-have requirements:

• 8+ years managing technical projects

• 5+ years in technology companies (ideally SaaS or digital environments)

• 3+ years leading software development projects with critical deliveries

• Proficiency with tools: JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, Roadmunk

• Advanced English (to collaborate with global teams)

• Certifications such as Scrum Master, PMP, or SAFe

• Proven experience in LegalTech, digital content, e-commerce, SEO/SEM, or high-traffic platforms

• Success stories where you can demonstrate technical and business impact

• You lack hands-on experience in technical development or digital product management.
